"We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property! It was the perfect location for our family vacation. Linda and Dave were both a pleasure to deal with! We would definitely stay here again. The convenience of Odie’s downstairs was fantastic and we enjoyed getting to know some of the locals in the area. The icing on the cake was the Captain’s Table restaurant up the road, Mary is an absolute gem. Thank you, Dave and Linda for allowing us to vacation in your property at Garfield Bay. We made lots of great memories with our family, we hope to return next summer!"

"Our 3rd time renting this lovely home on the lake. Dave & Linda are the best hosts. Excellent communication with them before, during, and after our stay. The house comes with everything we needed. We hope to return next year! "
"Stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids ranging between 10-15) who are all friends from college who have since scattered. House worked very well for our group. We had a ton of fun swimming in the lake along with paddleboarding and kayaking. We rented a boat from Sandpoint and went skiing and tubing one day as well. Also did a bunch of other activities in the area including horseback riding and ziplining. Would recommend biking Route of the Hiawatha, which we did one day; it's a bit of a drive (about 2 to 2.5 hours from the house) but was really neat and unlike anything I had done before.As for the house, it was large enough to accommodate our group. The owner was very communicative and check-in/out was smooth. The only thing I would note was we had missed there was no air conditioning in the house. Not a huge problem as it generally cooled down at night, but we were there in late July and had some hot days into the low 90s. On those days, the house definitely stayed quite warm into the evening so if that matters to your group, be aware of it."
