High-end duplex on the 3rd and last floor with 3 bedrooms / large mezzanine for rent during the Christmas, February and Easter holiday periods, as well as during the summer.
Great comfort. Underfloor heating and wood stove. 2 large balconies with great views. Can accommodate up to 6 plus 2 children.
Just a few minutes walk from the new Vercland ski lift which connects the Grand Massif ski area via Samoens 1600.
2 well known restaurants / bars ("La Reposette" and "La Boule de Neige" 7 minutes walk (550m).
Covered parking with ski locker for 1 car and open parking for 2 cars.

Wonderful apartment
Big apartment with a beautiful view over the mountains. All you need is there. 5 to 10 minutes walk to the newest Vercland ski lift. Or 10 minutes by car to the base station on top of the mountain. Enough parkingspace there. The communication with Petter was very nice. He bought a baby bed especially for us. A few minor points; We traveled with a 7 month old baby. A microwave and child chair would be nice. The front door was a little hard to find. The storage space for clothes could be more.

Appartement bien placé. Près des remontées mécaniques et pas loin du village de Samoens. Au niveau de l'appartement, difficile de faire fonctionner la cheminée.

L'appartement est spacieux, joliment décoré et très calme. Il est traversant avec deux terrasses, ce qui donne une jolie lumière tout au long de la journée. La cuisine est bien équipée et Petter a été très à l'écoute et réactif à toutes nos remarques.

Superbe séjour !
L’appartement est vraiment beau, très bien équipé, très confortable et bien décoré. Tout est fait pour que l’on s’y sente en vacances (bougies, poêle, enceinte, Tv avec Netflix..., sièges sur le balcon...) Les relations avec le propriétaire ont été très fluides et agréables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
