Although there were multiple buses of young people staying at the hotel, in the evening hours we did not hear or see any of them. Would stay there again.

Very clean and comfortable. No facilities inside the room, like a kettle or microwave. Not even a free bottle of water !!

Great place to stay
It was a great experience. I was not expecting to stay in this town but due to an emergency surgery that my husband had I had to stay there alone . Vera the manager was very accommodating and supportive, despite the fact that it was a busy weekend, she and the rest of the crew were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Great stay!
One of the cleanest and most comfortables hotel I've stayed at. The room is basic and so are the amenities, however, it is very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast spread as well.

I like how the hotel is designed family orientes. With pool tables, fuseball, table tennis available for travellers to have fun. I met a couple of tourists from different parts of the world. Despite not being able to speak the same language, we played several rounds of pool together and laughed at each other's failures and misses. The breakfast menu is fixed every morning. A few changes to the daily menu would give travellers something to look forward to. Hmm. Check in was efficient and fast. The hotel is pet friendly. A bad thing abt the hotel would be that there isnt any lift available. I had to drag my 25-27kg luggage up a series of stairs all by myself. Thankfully only had to do it once. The view from my room was great, overlooking the small Bad Aussee town and the mountains behind. The hotel staff were friendly and observant. They helped me with the smallest details whenever i encounter an issue w something. People there are really friendly too. Nice getaway place to appreciate the nature and landscape nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location and views. Town is incredibly charming. Staff were kind and welcoming, and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent. Bed was comfortable and entire hotel incredibly clean. It was surprisingly quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend it.

Modern hotel outside town
Hotel has ample parking and only a short drive into town or walk down the hill through a forest. Good breakfasts and dinners. Room is a bit Scandanavian, light, clean and modern.

Bright and modern hotel good for self catering
Hotel is on the river within walking distanceof main attractions and main station. Spacious kitchen is good for self catering and there are laundry facilities in the basement. You can make yourself a free cup of coffee at reception.

Scenic and relaxing
I arrived at 8.15am to store luggage. The room was available so o was able to check-in. I was offered an extended checkout time, if I wanted it. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and considerate. The cost of accommodation included breakfast and buffet dinner.

Great find in a picturesque area.
We stayed here on our way from Vienna to Salzburg. Our destination was Hallstatt in the Lake Region just 10km away. This is a great hotel with beautiful pine built--in beds, closet area. Nice bathroom and very clean. There was a very reasonable buffet for dinner. Breakfast was included and it was fabulous! Hot cereal, eggs, bacon, along with breads, cheeses, sliced meats. Also wonderful fresh vegetables and fruit. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Not worth the money
The hotel itself is neat and clean. Has a nice bar by the front desk, outdoor playground for kids, large breakfast area, and enough space for free parking. On the other hand, room was TINY. Two of us didnt have enough space to open our bags, so had to do it on the bed. No internet, only free wifi in the lobby. It's about 30 minute drive to Hallstatt. For the cost, I expected better/larger rooms.

Etwas abseits gelegen
Ruhig gelegen, aber etwas abseits der Ortsmitte. Mein Navi hat mich - möglicherweise wegen einer derzeit gesperrten Strasse - zwei Mal nicht zum richtigen Standort geführt. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer, Frühstücksbuffet ok. Super ist der Sternenhimmel in einer klaren Nacht (da wie erwähnt etwas abseits).
