On this occasion, we are giving you a 25% discount on certain rates (excluding Very High Season from 25/07 to 15/08/2026 - the prices concerned are already discounted).<br><br>Stay in a comfortable contemporary house with a complete layout to spend a beautiful holiday enjoying a beautiful view!<br>The shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture with barbecue is not immediately overlooked with the other houses.<br><br>The Hameau des Cardenals is located in Salviac, between Sarlat and Cahors, in Périgord Quercy, on the border of the Dordogne and Lot departments.<br>Located in a rural setting, the place is quiet, relaxing and friendly. Facing south-west, the cottage enjoys a fabulous panoramic view of the Causse de la Bouriane valley, a place of dwarf oaks, chestnut trees and rivers.<br><br>The house is recent, well maintained and of high quality; well insulated, it is very cool in summer.<br>The household appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. The swimming pool, heated to a minimum of 28°, is salt-treated (chlorine-free). It is pleasant and has a tiled beach of 100 m². The whole is fenced by a fence that meets the strict AFNOR safety standards.<br><br>We offer the following options as an extra: <br>- Bed linen: 40 € per stay<br>- towels: €40 per stay<br>- Baby kit: 20 € per stay<br>- rental of a Nespresso coffee machine: €10 per week (pods not provided).<br>- End of stay cleaning: 70 €<br>- additional cleaning in case of the presence of a pet: 30 € per stay<br><br>Rules: <br>30% deposit on booking, balance 1 month before arrival.<br>Deposit on arrival: 500 € to be deposited on arrival at the owner.<br><br>Before your arrival, remember to check with your home insurance that you have the "resort" option in case of damage occurring during your stay.<br><br>The centre of the village, 400 m away, has many shops including a U Express (drive possible), doctors and local services.<br>In Gourdon (12 km) there are other supermarkets (Carrefour Market, Intermarché (drive possible)....<br>The sights are numerous and beautiful.<br>The most prestigious such as Rocamadour, Padirac, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Lascaux, Domme, Monpazier, Gramat, or St Cirq Lapopie are in the immediate vicinity (between 20 and 50 km).<br><br>Info COVID-19<br>We would like to reassure you on certain points:<br>- The cottages are independent of each other and there are about 30 m between each of them.<br>- The houses are cleaned after each departure of holidaymakers and we take particular care to disinfect the premises as well as the common areas so that everyone has a good holiday in complete safety.<br>- The games room and the swimming pool are equipped to limit promiscuity between holidaymakers.<br>- the salt (chlorinated) water of the pool being a natural antiseptic.<br>Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.
