O apart está muito descuidado; escolhi ficar neste local, pois fui para uma festa de aniversário de familiar que reside próximo; as condições não são boas, eletrodomésticos enferrujados, cortinas caíndo, acho que o local está muito precário; o único ponto positivo é a localização, apesar que os apartamentos da frente sofrem com o barulho da movimentação dos carros na rua

O local do apart é excelente O apartamento mal conservado, infiltrações, cozinha com eletrodomésticos em péssimo estado, televisão não funcionava. Sumiu uma caixa de óculos impotado.
