"This is one of the nicest places I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. I have traveled a lot and have suffered a lot of disappointment. As far as accommodations. However, this place was superb beautiful room, hot tub, personally prepared breakfast sitting outside and covered patio area beautiful trees. I definitely will come here again.!"

"We really enjoyed our stay for a sisters' weekend in this adorable, cozy historic home, located on a lovely street that directly intersects with downtown Sulphur Springs. The host was very responsive; the decor was well put together and uniquely fun; the beds were comfortable; the home was equipped with all the little 'extras' we needed, and it was very fairly priced. The thermostat was slightly tricky to figure out, but that's really the only thing that stood out as a little challenging. Overall, we would definitely book again on another trip to the area; highly recommended!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The shower actually had a shower head that was for tall people, which was good. The motel itself is OK, but the surrounding property is trashy, which is not the motel's fault. It's a safe place to stay and sleep."

"This place was amazing. The views are incredible. Everything worked as it should. Even though the lake was down 2.5 feet the boat ramp was usable. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The house was very open and spacious. The outdoor cooking area was used several times and were clean and easy to use. If you book this house, you can rest assured that you booking a very enjoyable experience."
