« Definitely a musty/unclean smell in the rooms and it didn't seem clean enough. We'd found stains on the bed sheets and you could tell it needed a good sweep/vacuum. The receptionist at night seemed annoyed with asking a few questions and just had a ticked off demeanor. The woman in the early AM was kind though. »

« Excellent accueil à l'hôtel qui est très facile à trouver et à voir (il n'y a rien du tout à côté) mais très bien placé (avec un très grand centre commercial de l'autre côté de la route). Notre chambre était très belle, propre et la literie divine (nous avons dormi comme des charmes). Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié avec beaucoup de place pour s'installer et un personnel très sympathique qui vous parle et sourit. Bref une excellente expérience. »

« We had stayed here last year, and the rooms were clean as expected from our previous visit. The only issue we had was that there was no not water. I understand things can happen, but it's how issues are dealt with that is important. When we called the front desk, they advised that they were aware of the issue - it was affecting all of the rooms. They took my name a number and said they would make it right. It has been a week plus, and I have not heard from them. We had 3 rooms, so almost...
