This is the best hotel in Tupelo for the price! So convenient, clean where it matters (it was a bit dusty this time but not overly so), and pretty well maintained. My family has stayed in hotels in Tupelo that charge $200 a night and were run down, uncomfortable, and inconveniently located. Staff is amazing! The front desk worker was so kind and considerate!

The property was nice and quiet. It was within walking distance of the mall and other shopping stores. The young man that took care of us approach was not friendly. Customer service was awful. We needed towels the next day, he knocked on the door about 9:30am, my husband opened the door he states do you need anything, yes towels no need for cleaning just towels is what I stated. My husband gave him the dirty towels and he said I will bring you some more. 2 hours later my husband had to go find him to get towels. My husband saw a door open and thought he was in that room, that room was where the other towels were stored, plenty of towels. He states he had to wash our towels, I didn't understand that at all. You get what you pay for lesson learned.

Talking is great and close to my room heat was wonderful as was air conditioning the room was extremely clean and I even emptied the trash on just one day. Just amazing I don't mind I didn't have breakfast to keep the cost down I can do my own breakfast and I don't even eat breakfast really. Coffee was nice to have in the room though! And a great refrigerator and microwave made things easy.
