La chambre était propre, sans odeur, avec une literie confortable, une climatisation efficace et un Wi-Fi correct. La vue sur la chaîne montagneuse offrait un vrai plus, surtout au lever du soleil. L’établissement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais cela en fait un bon point de départ pour explorer la région. Sa proximité avec l’autoroute permet de rejoindre facilement différentes destinations, tout en profitant d’un environnement calme. Le parking privé est pratique et nous n’avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. La piscine intérieure est propre et agréable, avec des horaires larges, même si elle était fermée un soir sans explication. En revanche, le gros point faible concerne l’accueil : la première personne à la réception a été désagréable et peu professionnelle, ce qui donne une mauvaise première impression. En résumé, un hôtel confortable, bien situé et offrant un excellent rapport qualité/prix, à recommander pour un séjour à Salt Lake City, à condition d’améliorer l’accueil et de varier un peu le petit-déjeuner."
