Every aspect of this home has been remodeled to breath new life into it. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. We worked passionately to make it the perfect place for you and your family to have a great time and create great memories.
While the home is equipped to host 9 people, we think the perfect group size is 6-7. We are happy to host all 9, but keep in mind that it will be a little cozier.

Lovely cottage in downtown SLC
One of the best properties of the many we have rented. Convenient downtown location in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and very well organized. We had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. Brought our aging parents over for dinner, and parking in front with only two steps to front door made easy access for them. Easy walk to Trolly Square and The Leonardo. Short drive to ski resorts. Host was thoughtful and responsive. The kids loved the puzzle, games, and magical nook downstairs.

This property was well appointed and conveniently located to the places we needed to go (university, downtown, shopping). Like many old SLC neighborhoods, this one is an updating, eclectic mix of apartments (across the street), abandoned buildings (next door), and bungalows (also next door). All told, it served our needs well.

A great house in a great spot.
Three of us stayed in this house for a convention at the convention center. It was perfect. I walked back one evening. It was an easy walk. Most of the time we took Uber. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room and not be staying in a hotel room.

Family weekend
The place was newly remodeled. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us staying there to visit my son at U of U. We walked over to Trolley Square which was nice. The place had bottled water and popcorn which was extremely nice and very much needed when we arrived late coming from the east coast.

Great little home in SLC

Everything was very nice however I did not realized it was a pet friendly home As a result there were Airwick plug ins that I personally can’t stand . The owner responded quickly but it takes time for the intensity of the scent to dissipate . We survived I’ll know next time to be aware

Beautiful, Cozy Property
Perfect place for my friends and I to enjoy a girls weekend. Close to downtown and other amenities! It's a must stay place, thinking if our group stays the same size of booking it again next year!!!!
