Checkout time was already on the early side and we didn’t realize it was daylight savings (and we lost an hour of our booking- bummer), so we accidentally slept in. 15 minutes after checkout time I got a text and a voicemail literally saying “Please gather your things and leave” The cleaning lady was waiting outside. So uncomfortable and awkward. It was an honest mistake and we hurried as fast as we could (while still doing our checkout chores) but felt like criminals walking out. Didn’t love that."
