If you closed the door at night it would get very cold in the bedroom because the heater was in the living area. We so loved the small backyard area for our dogs. Overall it was a great place to stay. Out of the hustle and bustle but about 10 minutes from the town center so it did make drives to the National Parks feel a bit long.
