Charming property on a quiet street. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Our 2 bedroom efficiency was like a small apartment! The room was immaculately clean, and beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered gratis included sandwiches, scones, fruit, juices, coffee, tea. This was a wonderful “home” to return to after hiking the trails all day.

We were only passing through for the night and checked in late. There was a nice size refrigerator and kitchen supplies for someone who was staying a few days and wanting those features. We appreciated the space but didn't need it and probably added to the cost of the room for what we needed. Very friendly staff at check-in.

The room was unique and fabulous, spacious with a full kitchen. The only downside was the 2nd bedroom had no window. Great location near Main Street. The staff when we checked in was neither helpful, nor friendly, but the woman who helped us when we checked out was great. This was my second stay. The first time was in a smaller room, but it still had a mid-size refrigerator, not just a mini, which we loved. The staff during that stay were all wonderful. We will likely return.

Great hotel in a great location. 15 min drive to Arches entrance. Stayed for 2 nights lots to do in Moab. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Pool was a great temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Moab Rustic Inn is an awesome place to stay while exploring and playing in the desert! The location is excellent—convenient, close to everything in Moab, and a perfect home base after a long day of hiking, biking, or sightseeing. Florencio was amazing! He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. His hospitality made the experience feel much more personal and enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed to relax and recharge. The pool was fantastic, especially after spending the day out in the desert sun. It was the perfect place to cool down and unwind. What impressed us most was the incredible value. For the cleanliness, comfort, location, service, and amenities, Moab Rustic Inn was easily one of the best values we found in town. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely choose it again on our next trip to Moab. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located, friendly staff, nice flowers planted at place, clean, full size refrigerator, beds comfortable I didn’t give a 4 or 5 star rating because no bathroom sink in bathroom!! You had to use kitchen sink! Also had a kitchenette but no place to eat, no table . Furniture worn. I don’t think our smoke detector was working as no light on it and looked so old. Outlet in kitchen for microwave had no cover on it also.

Wonderful place to stay. It's close to downtown, walking distance, and far enough away to have more quiet. Beds and linens, towels were all great! There are no pots and pans and no stove stop, but microwave is a great use and the full-size refrigerator was a plus. Owners need to consider adding a pedestal sink in the bathroom with shelving.
