Luxurious new modern villa with a very long pool and spectacular sea views. This outstanding villa that faces the Mediterranean Sea is located in Salobrena, considered the gemstone of the beautiful and unspoilt Costa Tropical of Granada, in Andalusia. Tennis, beach and golf courses are nearby. Easy access to the airports of Granada, Malaga and Almeria.

This new villa is a treat for the senses. The sea views are boundless and can be enjoyed both from within and from outside the chalet, but the best place to enjoy them is from the huge pool and tropical garden and chill-out areas around the pool. Take a seat and enjoy all this beauty from the entertainment area with the colorful and comfortable cushions. This is the perfect place to sit and gaze at the sunset or the stars.

This villa was designed and built taking the utmost attention to the smallest detail. There is no detail that has not been taken into account. It is a fantastic example of the best Spanish design combined with all the elements of a modern and highly technological home. Lights at dusk so is so beautiful at night as it is during the day. If you are looking for a luxurious and quiet, ‘Villa Ocean Pearl’ it is the ideal place!

Very impressive Villa with fantastic view

We were 3 Norwegian families spending 2 weeks in this fantastic brand new villa in July. This is a brand new villa and we had the pleasure to be the first who ever rented this unique property in Monte de los Almendros. Everything about this property is perfect, and after renting properties in both france and spain for several years we had nothing to complain about our stay in Villa Ocean Pearl. The location of the property is great. Placed on high ground with great view over Salobrena and the ocean in front it was a constant nice breeze. The villa has 5 huge bedrooms, all with individual AC and own tarraces. The 3 bedrooms upstairs has owns bathroom and the 2 bedrooms on the level with the swimingpool share bathroom. All bedrooms had very comfortable huge doblebeds. There is a big kitchen with all the equipment one would need to make this a perfect vacation if one enjoy making food in the house. Outside by the big lounge there is a huge gas grill for barbequing. There is also a table/chairs for eating outside for 10 people. 2 big umbrellas are outside if need for some shade during the hot summerdays. The swimmingpool is huge and the temperature in the pool was perfect at all time. Very clean and nice. There is just a short car ride to the beach. Nearby there is also several supermarkets as Alcampo, Supersol and Marcadona. We would also like to thank Carlos for perfect communication from day 1. We would guarantee be back at this unique villa.

Perfekt am Berg gelegen mit toller Aussicht über das Tal. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig. Zu Fuß lässt sich nichts erreichen. Wer seinen Urlaub im Haus verbringen möchte, ist perfekt aufgehoben.

Ein Traum!

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Villa war einfach nur perfekt! Die Villa als solche, das Interieur, der Außenbereich, die LAGE und AUSSICHT!! Wir waren und sind absolut begeistert, man kann es nicht anders sagen! Wir waren insgesamt 9 Erwachsene und ein Baby (6 Monate) und wir haben die Zeit im Ocean Pearl in vollen Zügen genossen. Wann immer wir unterwegs waren, haben wir uns an den Pool mit der traumhaften Aussicht zurückgewünscht. Auch die Stille ringsum war wunderbar. Außerdem erwähnen möchte ich den tollen Service der Agentur. Per WhatsApp war Alejandro jederzeit für uns erreichbar, hat zeitnah geantwortet und auch schnell reagiert, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Auch im Vorfeld schon war der Kontakt stets einwandfrei. Ich komme aus dem schwärmen gar nicht mehr heraus und würde sofort wieder in diese Villa! Danke für alles, Carlos, Alejandro & Team!!

Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten Mal über Silvester in der Villa Ocean Pearl mit Freunden und Kindern gewesen und kommen sicher wieder. Die Villa ist toll und praktisch eingerichtet, es gibt alles was man braucht (besonders die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen). Der Blick und die Lage sind eine Wucht- man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Eine Nutzung des Kellers (leider ein riesiger, leerstehender Raum) mit Kino, Billard, Kicker oder ähnlichem wäre großartig und würden die Villa perfekt machen.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen Urlaub an einer Traumlage und einer Villa die kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und konnten uns an der Aussicht kaum satt sehen. The house was amazing, even more beautiful in real life than in pictures. Everything was very professionally handled, the Grandes Villa's team helped us quickly with all of our questions and they offered great services such as transfer and pre-stocking services of groceries. Wanted somewhere special to celebrate my 60th Birthday with my family -this did not fail to deliver. Stunning villa with everything you could possibly want. Stunning views of Salobrena everything you could possibly want for the perfect get away from it all holiday.. Great support from all the staff at Grandevillas nothing was too much trouble for them. Absolutely fantastic

We had the best stay ever (31 march - 7 april 2018) For 2 adults and 6 children, the villa was perfect in almost every way. Enough showers/bathrooms (incl. one close to the pool) closets in every room a huge table inside. A perfect infinity pool, nicely heated to 28° A decent flatscreen with bluray/mediaplayer and satelite If I really have to find something to comment on: There is no garden, only a small strip of gravel barely usable for anything. But this never bothered us, even though we had small children with us. Not the fault of the villa of course but it's a shame there is no small store or bakery on the hill. Now you have to drive 10 minutes to find anything. We will certainly come back here, worth every penny! ps: Special thanks to Carlos for the fast service and replies to all our enquiries.

Amazing Villa, Great Price, Great Service

I had a lot of pressure to ensure my friends and I had an amazing holiday. I spent about 40 hours trying to find somewhere with the wow factor and pool heating for October. Carlos has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Always emailed me back quickly, nothing was a problem. Upon entering the villa we were all just in awe of the place! Carlos showed us around, the rooms all with sea views. Everything top spec. The pool was heated to perfection, the beds are so comfy. Waking up with that view every morning was just breathtaking. The outdoor area was beautiful in the evening looking over the sparkling lights of Salobrena and its castle. I cannot recommend this company enough. There are some sharks on this website. With Carlos you can rest assured you are getting what you pay for. Early on in the holiday we let him know the WiFi wasn't working, it was fixed immediately and completely re wired it. Thank you so much for an amazing and relaxing break! I miss those views so so much.
