Chris, nous étions 3 couples avec 4 enfants; la chambre à l'étage inférieur permet à 4 personnes d'être totalement indépendantes. Villa très confortable et bien entretenue; La vue des terrasses est magnifique et malgré une météo mitigée nous avons pu profiter de la piscine (chauffée), bien entretenue elle aussi. La situation à flanc de colline est parfaite, endroit calme, petit commerce à qq. minutes en voiture et grande surface à 15mn. Le propriétaire, M. Check in was easy and communication with Krister and Marita was good.The house is in a beautiful remote area about 20 mins drive from the coast. The local village, Jete has a well stocked shopped and the bodega in Jete has some lovely wines.The pool area and outdoor kitchen are the highlight of the property. A fabulous place to spend the day! We did some early morning walks. The hills are a challenge but worth the view from the top. A day trip to Granada was very easy. We arrived at the Alhambra at 8.30am and were home by mid afternoon to enjoy the pool.The kitchen was amazing. Very well equipped with so much more than your average holiday home. It has 2 bedrooms in self contained ‘unit’ downstairs and 3 upstairs. There are many areas to sit both inside and out. The pool was fabulous and the views spectacular. One thing to note there are a few silent mosquitos so take repellent if you are prone. Fantastic kitchen and fully stocked equipment wise. The owner is delightful and very helpful. The location is up in the mountains, which means you have the most spectacular views over the valley. It's a quick drive down to Almuñécar and it's easy to get taxis to and from the city. The house itself was very large and spacious with many wonderful outdoor areas to relax in. The rooms were all very comfortable and there were many bathrooms! Also a very large kitchen space. The hosts were very welcoming and told us everything we needed to know. I hope to come back again one day! Highly recommend!!! ##### Delaney W. We hada wonderful week and enjoyed every moment. Séjour de 7 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Sofie C. 14 sept. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfekter Außenbereich mit traumhaften Ausblick Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos funktioniert. Haus ist super eingerichtet (Gläser, Besteck) auch für größere Gruppe. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit einer Spülmaschine (zum Glück gibt es zwei!) und mit der Sicherung (haben aber letztendlich eine Übergangslösung gefunden). Am besten gefallen hat uns die unterschiedlichen Sitz-/Verweilmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich und dass in jedem Bereich alle neun Personen Platz hatten. Auch war alles nah beieinander, sodass die Gruppe immer zusammen bleiben konnte. Ausblick ins Tal plus Meer war unser Highlight! Betten hätten etwas besser sein können, manche Matratzen waren sehr weich. Lage ist so wie beschrieben, man braucht definitiv ein Auto um herumkommen, einzukaufen. Wir hatten alles in allem einen tollen unvergesslichen Urlaub! ##### Sofie C. Our friendly hosts Kris & Marita welcomed us and responded to our request promptly even providing a large paella pan for us to use along with home grown hot chilli peppers. As it says on the description, a car is essential as there are lots of great places to visit and eat - for which our host gave us details but we also appreciated just staying in the villa enjoying the views and watching the eagles from the terraces . We stayed with our three adult children plus partners and there was a comfortable amount of space for everyone. We would recommend this Villa and also that you pay attention to Kris's instructions on how to get there! ##### Bruce C. The house is well appointed and very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Krister was an attentive host. The villa is as described. Great kitchen with two fridges two dishwashers fantastic place to barbecue and Cook the air conditioning in the Villa was fantastic TV with the Bose sound system was great could not fault it in anyway. Big shop was 30 mins drive. We did Alhambra which is 1hr drive for 10am entire and back by 5pm for the Pool. Beach is 20mins went in morning and back in the pool by 5pm. Frigiliana is great Spanish village to visit. ##### mayur p. We have had the most amazing week and have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the house is both comfortable and well presented, containing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our host Krister was very welcoming and helpful and made us feel at home. We travelled into Granada to see The Alhambra, and explored locally. Villan ligger avskiljt på en kulle tillsammans med ett fåtal andra fastigheter varav en bebos av hyresvärden. Närheten till värden Krister som också kommer från Sverige var naturligtvis ett extra plus. Villan har en fantastisk rymd med alla fönster och ett stort öppet kök med tillhörande matplats. Köket är mer än välutrustat. Det finns allt, till och med två diskmaskiner. Vad som kanske inte framkommer av bilderna är att det finns en liten trevlig separat våning under vardagsrummet med två sovrum och ett badrum. Även där har man fin utsikt över dalen. Flera uteplatser runt om huset är också ett stort plus. Ett av sovrummen angränsar till husets värmepump och den låter lite. Inget som störde de andra i sällskapet och det finns gott om andra sovrum att välja på om man är överkänslig :-) För övrigt är det helt tyst i huset. Vi bodde i villan i januari och kan därför inte uttala oss om själva poolen men den såg fin ut. Läget nära bergsområdet ovanför Otivar var perfekt för oss som gillar vandringar med spektakulära vyer. Vi kan starkt rekommendera boendet och hoppas på att kunna återvända. ##### Hans C.
