We had 3 families staying at once and it went very smooth! Each room worked out perfectly for the ages of kids and adults we had. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean! We are people who enjoy having a fan at night and there are not fans in the house. So we ended up opening windows and then that brought some outside noise from the street behind. Not anything terrible but is worth noting. We enjoyed the gift from the hosts when we arrived, the kids enjoyed the games provided and they really had everything we needed !
