"My flight was rerouted from Houston to Dallas...to Houston to Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Then that flight was canceled til the next day. I stayed here and it was a wonderful hotel with even better staff. So helpful and made my stay and situation so much better. They made me want to stay longer. Perfect hotel and staff"

"Tricky directions to the room but we found it and it was nice. We actually had some crazy upgraded suite with a pool table and bar! It was lovely but we didn’t use it. "

"My experience at Four Points by Sheraton was amazing, I had a late check in and was Amazon how the hotel looked, courteous. friendly, quick service, the front desk employee (wish I’d remembered her name) was awesome. I was checked in and when I arrived at my room, I couldn’t believe how clean the room was. Only downside which did not matter much, was the body wash bottle was empty (lucky I had some left from my trip). But other than that, it was a great experience and not expensive. I would recommend Four Points to all who visit Philadelphia or surrounding area, or need a place to stay."

"I was in room 188 which was a suite and yes, it was clean but over the four nights I had three cockroaches visit. The adjoining room next-door on Friday night was spanking his partner and she was moaning loudly and this went on for about 30 minutes, which I actually quite found quite amusing with the finale was the head board hitting the wall furiously for the grand finally of the performance "

"Absolutely horrid experience and disgusting property from a cleanliness standpoint. Oh, and good luck calling the number for their *free* hotel shuttle service. We called for 20 minutes and no one picked up. Had to pay to Uber to the property. My daughter and I were visiting for the weekend and to save a few dollars, we booked this hotel at the airport. We didn't arrive until almost midnight on Friday, May 8th, and the front desk associate was downright unpleasant, unkind, and borderline mean. The carpeting throughout the property is disgusting and looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in months. Stains all over. Filthy corners. Trashcans in the breakfast area were overflowing with food and trash, falling on the floor. No coffee for breakfast. No working water cooler. No conditioner in thr bathrooms. Without being hyperbolic, the absolute worst hotel in which I've stayed. I absolutely will not recommend. "

"Staff was nice, Had everything we needed but I’ve never been in such a dusty room. HVAC definitely needs a maintenance/upgrade. I dusted room daily myself but within minutes dust was settling again from the dirty HVAC unit. They are under some renovations so I’m sure there will be plenty of upgrades sometime soon. "
