We have still been charged for towels. We had to clean the house which was not clean from the previous occupants. We would have been charged 35E for a clean otherwise. Top Salabés Hotel Reviews

Château des Vigiers

10/10 Excellent

"There is nowhere like Chateau des Vigiers to relax and completely unwind. The staff and surroundings are perfect for a stress free break in a delightful part of the world"

Maison de Campagne Avec Piscine

10/10 Excellent

"The house is in a beautiful, peaceful, rural location but only a 5-minute drive to the restaurants, bars and shops of Villereal (which is a very beautiful town). The house is pet-friendly and our dog loved the large garden to chase her ball or explore. Bernard, the host showed us around on arrival and provided help if we needed anything, but was not intrusive. We received a welcome gift on arrival, which was a very kind gesture. Although, Bernard and his family live next door, the house is very private and all facilities are exclusively for guests. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It was also nice and cool inside, but the air conditioning was very much appreciated when the temperatures soared. The garden, pool area and outside terraces were lovely areas for relaxing or enjoying an evening meal or drink. The house is perfectly located for visiting the nearby towns of the Dordogne and Lot, many within a 15-minute drive. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers looking for accommodation in the area."

Hôtel Le Roxane

8/10 Good

"Perfectly fine for a budget hotel, on an industrial estate off the ring road. It's clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The pool was a definate bonus on a hot day and for a pre breakfast swim. So long as you're not looking for rustic, romantic, french charm, then it's a good place for a stop over on a long journey."
