It was a lovely little hotel near the beach. We stayed off season, so it was quiet. I reserved late, so didn’t get a view of the water. I would recommend you try. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet provided good options and was tasty. It’s a quaint quiet town, but you can walk the beach to other towns. There are local restaurants and shops that are fun to visit.

Very comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend to anyone!

Large family room with comfortable beds. Good shower. Free onsite parking - easy location to access from highway and close to ferry terminal. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. We stayed in a separate building away from the main location - very quiet.

The property was surreal from start to finish. The pool, the tennis courts, the fruit/veg trees and plants, everything. A fridge in the room would have been nice but minor stuff. We wish we had more time there! Thank you.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Air conditioning was perfect. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast- great selection of items, they were even able to accommodate my daughter’s gluten free diet.

We had a wonderful stay at this property Alice went out of her way to make us comfortable Quiet, out of the way, an ideal setting. Still close enough to the coast and easy access to the highway. We look forward to our return. 11/10 Would stay again

Friendly owner

The room was beautiful and a really soft luxurious place to land. The concierge was amazing. My husband has mobility issues. He went above and beyond and came to assist us with our luggage. The soaps and shampoos were really lovely. We were given great recommendations for dinner. We ended up at an incredible Michelin star restaurant L’Endroit. Honfleur was lovely. We wish our entire holiday was at Honfleur with a prolonged stay at l’Absinthe Only one recommendation - a standup shower would be...

We booked this hotel knowing we would be renting a car. I don't know how easy this location would be if one were relying strictly on public transit and cabs. We found our room to be extremely clean and quiet. This hotel has very good access into downtown Caen and also to the highways leading out to the various WWII sites. It is very close to the Caen Memorial museum site. I would stay here again.

Great location, ample parking, well maintained grounds and amenities

great stay!

We have travelled a good deal with varying degrees of satisfaction, noting with chagrin that properties occasionally embellish their features in the property/amenities descriptions. This property was exactly as described (very nice) and met all of our key priorities: cleanliness, security, quality. The rooms are nicely appointed and are meticulously cleaned, the linens were comfortable, and the area was tranquil. The parking lot was quiet and well lit and the property well-secured. The staff...
