"The bunk bed was shaky and making a lot of noise"

"This was by far the best cottage I have stayed at and it was impeccable. Super amazing experience. The place was gorgeous and had amazing views out the extra large windows. Honestly the pictures dont do this place justice, it was so much better! The amenities were fantastic. The place has a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, fireplace, two large televisions, shuffleboard, pac man arcade game, many rooms, fantastic full kitchen with every appliance and utensil you could possibly need, and an outdoor...

"The property was clean, well maintained, nicely appointed, and up to date. It was a great trip and a much needed getaway for my girlfriend and I."

"Beautiful home"

"This was truly such an incredible stay. The Pavilion, property and location is stunning. The staff was exceptional and went beyond any expectations I had. Plenty to do at Teracea as well just a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you might need. I am already planning our stay for late summer/early fall again next year!"

"The place was quite difficult to locate; communication was not very timely. However, the chalet itself was cozy and we got almost everything we needed for that envied staycation."

"Amazing location for any couple staying in the area. Strongly recommend. "

"A few things stand out as especially problematic:Loss of essential facilities — No working toilets or ability to clean up on your last day is a major disruption, not a minor issue. Overflowing dirty water into a lower-level shower is also a health and safety concern.Lack of timely response — Calling several times and only reaching voicemail when the situation is urgent would make anyone feel abandoned.Poor customer service — Finally getting through only to be put on hold because your French...

"It is a nice place for a family stay ,The whole house is surrounded by forests very quiet! Inside is very clean and beautful, the only thing is the area has weak signal for WiFi and phone！"
