Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed, shower room with WC), 1 bedroom (3 single beds, 2 of which can be joined to make a king-size bed, shower room with WC). Wi-Fi. Heating included in the rates (reversible air conditioning). Beds made and towels provided. Private terrace in front of the cottage and private area with views of the surrounding countryside on the property. Covered bike storage (lockable). 11x5m covered and heated swimming pool (26°C) shared with the owners. Close to all shops and renowned gourmet restaurants. Non-smoking cottage. Amboise is so close that it's easy to walk there and enjoy its surroundings, shops, the Royal Château, Clos Lucé, and Château Gaillard. You'll also be close to Chenonceau and other fabulous Loire Valley châteaux (Chaumont-sur-Loire, Villandry, Blois, etc.) as well as the Beauval Zoo. Enormous care has been given to every detail, high-quality appliances and bed linen, lovely furnishings and comfy beds. There is a large, heated, perfectly clean pool right out in front and a large garden where the children can play. The house is a short walk to shops including a great bakery and a 20 minute walk to Amboise with all it has to offer. There are lots of day trips for the family in the surrounding areas - kayaking, visiting the chateaux, the zoo park Beauval, futuroscope etc. Virgins and Jerome are fantastic hosts - available if needed but giving you privacy. There is nothing to fault - we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. ##### Sophie B.
