Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Außenterrasse ist richtig schön. Im Inserat könnte man vielleicht darauf hinweisen, dass ein Schlafzimmer kein richtiges Fenster - nur einen Luftschacht - hat. Das war ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig.
