From the balcony, you can enjoy lunch or dinner with a view of the harbour, the sea, and the fireworks displays in Fréjus and St. Raphael.

Bedroom 1, grey, 18 m², is furnished with a 160 x 200 double bed, two nightstands, a TV, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2, blue, 20 m², is furnished with two 90 x 200 beds that can be joined to form a 180 x 200 bed (with matching bedding), two nightstands, closets, and a work area and children’s corner with a few games available.

The spacious living room also includes a sleeping area that can accommodate 1 or 2 people thanks to its pull-out sofa bed. (An 80 x 200 or a 160 x 200 bed; bed linens provided to match the sleeping arrangement.) The dining table seats up to 10 people.

A Smart TV is available in the living room, along with a TV set-top box. Access Netflix and Amazon Prime with your login credentials.

Wi-Fi, a Japanese washlet toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen.

For your safety, you’ll find a first-aid kit, an AED, a fire extinguisher, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

As part of our hotel-style service, we take special care with linens (no need to bring your own sheets and towels).

Your beds are made upon arrival with pillow covers and pillowcases to ensure the best possible hygiene, and we handle cleaning before your arrival and upon your departure (provided, of course, that the apartment is left in a decent condition).

All linens are provided:
—one bath towel and one hand towel per person;
—bath mats;
—a fitted sheet, pillowcase, and duvet cover per bed.

You will also have dish towels, hand towels, and tablecloths available for the duration of your stay.

**COVID-19 Cleaning Guidelines.
The apartment is cleaned and disinfected before your arrival, and we take extra care with this process.
Given the current situation, we have decided to add an extra step after the usual cleaning: we will disinfect the apartment’s surfaces as recommended by Airbnb’s disinfection protocol.
All provided sheets and bath towels are washed at a minimum of 60 and up to 90 degrees. We steam-iron all sheets ourselves.

We also commit to washing pillowcases, pillow inserts, cushions, and the throw blanket on the living room sofa between each guest. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.**
