We learned that we had been expected to bring our own linen, and we would [will?] be charged a cleaning fee if the room is not clean enough. Massive space for cost. This is an event cluster of apartments, and the management is not quite set up for smooth per diem rentals. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. "A very pleasant, modern hotel well situated about half way between the Cathedral and the Old Town. Also right next to tram stop from where you can get trams to Tours Centre railway station. Very helpful staff (they had to fix our sink at one point and this was done very quickly). Breakfast could be a little chaotic with items running out and very few staff about."
