Awarded 4-stars in 2018 by the Charente-Maritime tourist office, this is a sunny and spacious apartment with fantastic views over the Atlantic from the south facing terrace.

With its luxurious appointments and equipment it is located a mere 50 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the village center with its vibrant fishing harbour and its restaurants and shops.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped including bedsheets, bath-, hand- & beach towels, electricity & water, WIFI and final clean on departure.

Lounge furniture is made available from May 1 to October 31. Outside of this period deckchairs with cushions and blankets are provided to enable you to enjoy the view and the fresh air.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement très bien situé
Nous avons choisi cet appartement pour son emplacement, sa vue mer et sa décoration refaite à neuf. Et nous avons fait le bon choix. Certes la résidence a besoin d’un rafraîchissement (prévu cette année) mais tout est oublié une fois la porte ouverte. L’appartement est cossu, bien décoré et on s’y sent immédiatement bien. La vue de mer est mieux qu’en photos même :-) Bref, rien à ajouter, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Il D'oleron. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine sehr schöne, helle Wohnung mit einem Balkon zur Meerseite, was wir sehr genossen haben. Alles ist in bestem Zustand und sehr liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Unsere Räder konnten wir sicher abstellen und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr gut. Das Ortszentrum mit seinen Restaurants und Geschäften ist fußläufig ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen.

Perfekte Erholung
Es war eine sehr erholsame und wunderschöne Zeit die wir hier verbracht haben. Den Tag kann man gemütlich auf dem Balkon mit einer Tasse Kaffee und dem Blick auf das Meer starten. Danach lädt die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft dazu ein, einen kleinen Einkaufsbummel zu machen, um frische Zutaten für das Essen zu besorgen. Es gibt einige tolle Fischhändler sowie Gemüse- und Obsthändler zur Auswahl. Oder man geht zum unweitgelegenen Strand, um sich zu entspannen. Wer lieber Essen gehen möchte, dem stehen einige Restaurants zur Auswahl die sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ein Fahrrad zu mieten oder mitbringen ist nur von Vorteil, da es sich um eine sehr Fahrradfreundliche Insel handelt. In der Unterkunft liegt eine toll und liebevoll zusammengestellte Mappe mit wichtigen Informationen, die viele Fragen zu verschiedenen Bereichen beantwortet (Müllentsorgung, Fahrradausleih, Freizeit usw.). Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und dadurch einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub gehabt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
