"I booked my room for my daughter’s graduation. We had a medical emergency which caused us to arrive late. I tried calling the hotel and left them a message stating we were arriving late. After driving 12 hours and getting there late after 7pm they told me my room was cancelled and they were already booked. I was left scrambling trying to figure out where to take my family for the night. Terrible that they didn’t even try to reach me before giving up my reservation. They also charged me. Terrible service. I would not recommend for anyone to trust this place."
