Hello Marci, We are really sorry for the bad experience you had during your stay at the Hotel Ocean. Indeed, we took time to check your room with a professional because we consider this problem very seriously. After this check, we didn’t find bed bugs in the room. If you could see them flying and crawling, it was not bed bugs, maybe it was mosquitos. As well we never had complaints about bed bugs in this room and in the hotel. In any case we feel very sorry of the bad memories that our hotel let you. We hope you found an other hotel to spend the end of the night you had the chance to enjoy Capbreton.

Dear Ale, Thank you so much for this amazing rate ! 😊 It’s a pleasure for us to hear that you enjoyed your stay and all our services ; about the breakfast, did you try our homemade jam ? there are many flavours ; strawberry, plum, cardamom apple... mhhhh yummy ! The Korner Ocean has a great location: the ocean, the harbor and really good restaurants. You can do everything by walking, swimming or surfing ! so easy ! 😊 Have you seen our beautiful tide schedule? It’s just in front of our desk, thanks to it we always keep an eye on the ocean and we give you the best recommendations (surfing, fishing, walking…) Hope to see you soon, Maureen

We already had some big renovation but we improve ourselves every day, and it is also thanks to you and your comments. We always have new ideas to make our clients even more happy. We have a lot of clients on cycle trip and we thought about you and your bikes! We build in our parking, a bike local, which is cover, close by a lock and completely free. Hello Hazel! A big thanks from the Korner Team for your comment. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us. During the summer, it is more difficult to park because Capbreton is so great that everyone comes here on vacation :) Our parking has only 8 spots so we cannot guarantee a spot for everyone, which is why it is better to book it in advance. The public spots are with a fee but only during the high season (June to September). The rest of the year it is all free! We are glad to know that we could help you with our recommendations.At the Korner, we test everything so we can recommend you the best (from restaurants to Yoga classes and Surf lessons...) and we enjoy it :) Hope to see you soon! Bonjour Ludovic, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser votre avis. Nous sommes navrés pour ce quiproquos. Notre parking est pourtant mentionné comme étant payant sur notre site internet. De plus, nous vous proposons une place PRIVÉE à 15 euros quand en haute saison avec une forte affluence touristique vous payez votre place de stationnement municipale 20e la journée.Pour finir, après vérification de votre dossier, vous n'avez finalement payé aucun parking puisque nous vous l'avons offert.
