Charming house ideally located, in a quiet private alley and 200 from the port of St Martin (market, bicycle rental, shops ..).

The house consists of a living room with fireplace and American kitchen; living room and dining room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 80 in each room which can be pushed together), a bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.
In the sunny and flowery patio, are installed table, chairs, deckchairs
and electric plancha
The house, fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, TV, bikes ...) can also accommodate a baby (cot) and has a parking space.

Property as described. Cool in the shade, perfect!
Excellent house. Check in difficult as could not find the property and the conceriege could not speak any English. It would have been better if someone would had been prep prepared to meet us.

St Martin house
A lovely spacious house in a quiet part of St Martin. It’s close to restaurants and shops but peaceful in the evenings. A great base to explore this lovely island. Would definitely recommend.

Splendides vacances dans un lieu exceptionnel
La maison est parfaite pour un séjour à St Martin de ré ! Il est possible de tout faire à pied ( le logement est très bien situé et en parfait état). L’espace extérieur est un vrai plus. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour sur l’île. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nos vacances : calmes et reposantes .Maison coquette et pratique .Vue sur les toits idéales !avec pour seuls voisins moettes ou goélands. Son emplacement est tellement adéquat qu'à aucun moment nous nous sommes servis de notre véhicule durant nos 3 semaines de vacances...si la place est libre nous reviendrons en septembre 🌷

Plutôt déçus.
La maison est bien placée et pourrait être très agréable mais elle est vétuste, la cuisine est plus que vieillotte et pas très équipée. Un casse-noix pour une famille de quatre, quand on mange du tourteau, c'est peu! A notre arrivée la cafetière ainsi que deux poêles n'étaient pas nettoyées! Un micro-ondes pour cuisiner dont on a pas la notice alors que je n'en utilise pas chez moi et qu'il y a largement la place de mettre un four traditionnel sur le bar. Je ne comprends pas que tout ne soit pas vérifié à fond entre chaque locataire comme dans les locations habituelles. Il devrait y avoir un book pour savoir comment fonctionne la maison et les appareils et non de toutes petites notes laissées sur les meubles, que l'on trouve 3 jours après notre arrivée. A cet endroit de l'île, on ne capte ni SFR, ni Bouygues alors ne pas avoir le wifi pour chercher des activités à faire ou juste recevoir ses messages et texto est très gênant. Des vélos, vétustes eux aussi sont mis à disposition mais ne sont pas en état, bien que mentionnés dans l'annonce, autant les retirer. Vous l'aurez compris, nous sommes déçus car la maison pourrait être agréable si elle était un peu rafraîchie car elle est au calme dans un écrin de verdure proche du centre ville. Je trouve que cette location est trop chère par rapport à la prestation fournie.

Séjour à Saint Martin en Ré
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans notre maison au clos des gouverneurs Le calme, le confort, le petit jardin ensoleillé, l'emplacement de parking ont contribué à rendre notre semaine plus que satisfaisante. Nous reviendrons certainement.
