"Loved our one night stay. Very friendly staff and lovely sea view from our room. There were a couple of little niggles but nothing to stop us from staying again. The window opened right in front of the 2 seater sofa making it Impossible for 2 to sit on it and the one person to sit on the edge, if you wanted the window open. Also the control to the towel rail heater had no cover on it showing the wires. Luckily we didn't want to put it on as the weather was so nice. I couldn't say if it worked...

"Two storey apartment with it’s own garden area. Heated swimming pool on site. Everywhere clean an well maintained. An easy walk to the harbour and it’s many restaurants. Excellent for a short stay in October."

"The room was very nice, friendly staff and the breakfast was wonderful. Location is excellent too. Our only complaint is the smell of the fish garbage from the adjoining restaurant that wafts into the hotel lobby. It’s not the hotel’s responsibility but they need to work out a solution with the restaurant owner or the hotel is likely to lose customers. "

"Disappointed! It didn’t start well! No message with the code to get onto the harbour, then given an incorrect code, which took a member of staff to come and test it and then had to ask a bus driver for it. Then to find a couple who had the correct code, were checking in just in front of us - how did they get the right code?! Check in was ok, although we were left hanging around and not told our room was ready. Bar and restaurant service not the best! Left waiting at the bar - not even...

"What a perfect hotel!! Amazing location- close to the centre of Saint Martin. But so quiet and peaceful! Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. They knew us by name on arrival. The hotel is old and beautiful. Thoroughly recommend and will return without a doubt!"

"the location is ideal and the hotel was quaint. We would have liked more than one small bottle of water in our room for our stay. We were not offered any further facilities to make drinks. However the breakfast was plentiful."
