Located just a few steps from the sea, this 38 m² apartment on the 1st floor with elevator, and an additional half landing, is ideal for 5 people. It comprises :

- a 7m² terrace with table,
- a living room with a double sofa bed, and a dining area,
- an open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
- a sleeping area with a single bed (the upper bunk bed is not usable),
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning,
- connected TV, satellite or cable, wifi, games for all ages,
- free parking and a basketball court in the residence.
