L'annonce est parfaitement en adéquation avec la réalité. La location est bien agencée, à proximité du centre et de la vieille ville. Nous avions pris nos vélos et ont été très utiles. Un abri est disponible pour les entreposer, facile d'accès, en sécurité. La place de parking est prévue dans la cour. Même si les chambres sont au sous-sol, celles-ci sont lumineuses et bien agencées. Un beau dressing dans la chambre parentale (6m²), les draps étaient fournis et les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée. Madame JARDIN est une personne sympathique, disponible. Une très chouette hôte ! Très fonctionnel, bien équipé, joliment décoré et calme . Très bien situé pour visiter Saint Malo et les environs (possibilité de se garer sans difficulté). Commerces à proximité.
