Lovely hotel and staff. Pool is not for swimming, it’s too small. We stayed in a quite spacious, superior room facing the marina, not sure how big the standard rooms are. The bar is very comfortable. If you take the demi pension, at dinner you only have two choices for each course. The director kindly gave us a lift to the walled town (15 mins walk) as the hurricane had just hit and they’re were no taxis that night.

Classy hotel, sea view in room, restaurant and bar
We got a room with lateral sea view. The view was amazing, the room very comfortable and clean. Only minor negative feedback: towels were not up to the standard of the hotel. Breakfast was great, we also had an aperitif at the bar and it was one of the highlights of our stay. Car parking underground was easy to access and very convenient

Best Hotel in Saint Malo
This is a great value for money Hotel. Probably the best in Saint Malo. Service was above its category, but what really make this hotel shine is the food. Incredible cuisine and at reasonable price. Room are bit small, but well kept and comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

We booked the hotel for the first night of our honeymoon but broke down on the French motorway about two hours away from the hotel meaning we could not get there by any means. I spoke with the hotel who advised they could help but I had to go through ebookers customer service. I did this and ebookers then stated they spoke to the hotel who’s policy it was was to not allow any form of rearrangement or refund. Awful hotel with no empathy hiding behind a travel booking website.

I don’t get it why and what it’s rating is four star hotel. Checking-in not was ready as requested in advance, no efficient to accommodate the inconvenience of waiting for the room at the time of check-in after long day driving. It was not worthy for what I paid for staying.

Great property, very centrally located. Staff was very nice upon our arrival and very kind. Very well kept and has a great breakfast facility. The best part of our stay was Anne Marie. She served us breakfast every morning and her kindness and true interest was such a breath of free air. If you expect to watch TV at night in any other language other than French; do not bother. Very surprised for a 4 Star Hotel to have little to now channels available for international travelers.

Nice property and a fine hotel. I would say the level of service is definitely at four star not five, but our room was comfortable and had plenty of room. We paid a lot for the sea view and enjoyed it. Room service was okay but not great. The pool area was nice but not a swimming pool; instead more a relaxation area with jets and jacuzzi (but not hot water). Parking was easy. To add a down side, the road in front of the room (aka just below our room) was under construction starting at 8am each day. This caused some difficulties walking along the road to the old city but still workable. Overall the view was beautiful.

Beautiful property right on the water. Views were amazing. Five star restaurant was also excellent. I wish it had a gym for guests to exercise it... that is my only gripe other than that it was EXELLENT.
