"Really noisy from 10:30 pm to 01:30 am with young kids running around, 2 different women yelling in corridors and many door slamming issues. Tried 6 times to contact hotel staff without answers. If you want to relax and enjoy your stay,.. think about it twice"

"Déjeuner ok mais café de la salle à déjeuner très très mauvais Chambre vraiment propre mais chauffage inadéquat et instable (il faisait froid) nous avons essayé de changer la température sur le thermostat mais ça ne fonctionnait pas plus de 30 minutes! Matelas fini tout creusé au centre Réceptionniste du soir ok mais celui du matin énervé par un autre client donc bête comme ses pieds…un peu fendant!!! Carton partout (verres et tasses), pas très écolo sauf pour assiette compostable de déjeuner"

"Pros: - slide, pool and pool area clean and lots of fun for the kids - room was clean - breakfast was generous and good Cons: - rules not enforced: young kids playing hockey (with sticks) in the halls at around 7 p.m. - noisy at night making it extremely difficult to sleep (screaming kids with parents in the hall making noise up to 10 p.m. even after TWO requests at the front desk for them to quiet down). - noisy fridge that made it impossible to sleep unless unplugged If you want to get a good night sleep before a competition, this is not the place to go."
