Completely renovated house with swimming pool heated with solar panels, very bright and warm in a quiet setting in the countryside, close to the Vilaine meadows, on an old historic site. Located 40 minutes from Vannes and La Baule and 30 minutes from the sea.

Exterior:
- Swimming pool heated with solar panels only, 9x4m, 1.4m deep with alarm and secured by a fence for children. It is open from mid-April to mid-October WEATHER PERMITTING.
- Barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, games...

Interior:
- An adult double bedroom upstairs.
- A children's bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds upstairs. Possibility of using a sofa bed in the living room if all the children do not wish to be in the same bedroom (on the ground floor).
- A lounge area, TV, large dining room open to the kitchen.
- House equipped with all household appliances (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc.) and multimedia plus Blue Ray DVD and books made available.

Bathroom linen and sheets are provided. The dishes must be left clean, the house tidy and in good condition on departure.

Nearby (less than 30 min):
More than 200 km of marked mountain bike trails, an international fishing spot on the Vilaine, climbing routes on Ile aux Pies, villages of character: Rochefort en Terre, Roche Bernard, animal park with playground. Branféré (Nicolas Hulot)...
A little further, but worth the trip:
Golf and its islands 45 min
The Puy du Fou park and its grandiose shows, unfortunately 1 hour 30 minutes away...

Rider friends, you can come with your horses, a field with already a horse can accommodate them.
