Located in Saint-Dier-d'Auvergne in the heart of the Tuscany of Auvergne in the Regional Natural Park of Livradois Forez. In the village, accessible on foot, the shops of first necessities, a beautiful Romanesque church, a castle to visit. In the surroundings: bodies of water, superb hiking or cycling, small or large volcanoes, beautiful villages, the discovery of local traditions (cheese, cutlery), tree climbing, the joys of snow in winter, etc. The cottage accommodates up to 15 people in 320m2\. It consists of 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 7 toilets. A 30m2 living room with a large fireplace and its stove for the winter as well as a television (Deezer, netflix). Located in Saint-Dier-d'Auvergne in Livradois Forez, it offers 7 very comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The common areas are cozy and the exteriors huge with 1 large playground. Bakery & grocery store: 2min walk. Housing : The total surface is 320m2 distributed as follows: Ground floor: A 30m2 living room with a large fireplace and its stove for the winter as well as a television (Deezer, netflix). A 30m2 dining room and its farmhouse table for your meals. The kitchen is large and very well equipped (oven, gas, very large fridge). In the utility room there is a toilet, a washing machine and a dryer. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 triple) share 2 bathrooms with WC. On the 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 quadruple) each with its own bathroom and private WC. A second living room with games for adults and children. 1 private garden: Equipped with a terrace, a large garden dining room, a plancha. It overlooks the meadow and the rest of the land which is shared with the owner. 1 park of 1.5 Ha: play area for children (trampoline, hut, swing, slides, games in the sand) and play area for adults (petanque, table tennis, molkky, badminton), the stream. We provide everything you need for babies: high chairs, deckchairs, baths, up to 3 travel cots and small toys. Our gîte is not air-conditioned but there is no need for it: the 1 meter thick granite walls keep the coolness perfectly in summer. In winter, we heat with a pellet boiler. You can also enjoy the warmth of the wood stove (€10 per basket with kindling, logs and firelighters, on request). The double rooms are modular thanks to our Queen Size beds which separate into 2 single beds if necessary (ideal for children or yoga courses / retreats to share your room but not your bed). We also accept dogs that are clean, well behaved and sociable with children and cats (we have 2). Please inform us at the time of booking (10€/animal and/night will be requested). A beautiful hike to discover the outskirts of our village starting from the beautiful Romanesque church. 10-15 minutes by car: Billom pretty medieval city and its market, supermarkets, lake, cycling and walking, visits to pretty villages / castles. A little further : Local traditions, the nature of the Regional Natural Park in which we are located and 45 minutes by car, the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne.If you are staying with us for a few days, do not hesitate to spend a day strolling on the Chaîne des Puys, taking a trip to Vulcania or a paragliding jump with our partner VICHY PARAPENTE (exceptional price for our guests). Picnic on site but come back to dinner at the gîte to enjoy a Menu de la Table du Relais, our catering service on site and by reservation before your arrival.
