Staff is very polite, professional and helpful. WiFi quality could be better. Breakfast is tasty however choices are rather limited as for 4 star hotel. Overall hotel is a bit outdated. Great minus - absence of AC on the first and second floor, which is a problem for comfy rest in a hot weather. Moreover there is no any ventilation holes in the rooms. Fan and open windows - not always enough. For better ventilation you need to keep open window and room door at the same time. Typical corridor view at afternoon - many guests put their slipers or trash can in a doorway as a door stoppers for stronger air draft. It is not a prety sight!"

"Great place to stay. Fairly central location, and having a restaurant downstairs was helpful if you're getting into town late. The room was a decent size, an elevator big enough for 2 with luggage (which is not always guaranteed in older cities) and a helpful staff. Biggest gripe was not having a second trash can in the room besides the tiny one in the bathroom... which is about as minor a complaint as you can have, really. Definitely pleased with our stay."
