The accommodation, a renovated mill from 1837 on a 17,000 m² property surrounded by the river, is located in a small, quiet village 15 km from Mt de Marsan and 1 hour from the ocean.

At the rendezvous calm, relaxation, fishing and many other surprises that nature has in store for us.
You can enjoy the swimming pool as well as the Banya (traditional Russian wood-fired sauna).
This cozy little nest of 50m² perched more than 5m above the water consists of a living room with dining room, a TV corner with BZ, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom closed with 1 double bed, shower / WC, washing machine, freezer ...
Two terraces, one overlooking the river and the other on the banks.
Outdoor furniture including deckchairs on the small beach are at your disposal as well as the canoe.
Playground, hiking in the forest, bike path, lakes and ponds nearby are among the many activities on offer. Shops, restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, banks and supermarket at 4km and very large shopping complex at 12km.

What a gem.
This is a great place for a holiday. Everything you could ask for. Great for nature lovers. I saw 2 Kingfisher, golden oriel and my first ever otter in the wild. Very helpful host. Only downside is that the pool is not actually close to the property but in the hosts garden and it felt like we were intruding when using it. Over great 👍

Beautiful and Peaceful
Lovely little house set in beautiful and peaceful grounds. Stephan the host was amazing, you could pop and see him if you needed anything and he is happy to help. Would recommend this property for anyone wanting to relax, peacefully in beautiful surrounds, laying on its little beach or round the gorgeous pool. A big thank you to Stephan for a lovely holiday.

Idyllic Hideaway
The Moulin was the best holiday place we have yet discovered for a peaceful, relaxing holiday; fitted out beautifully, with everything that we needed . Stephane was a lovely host, helpful in so many ways. We enjoyed the beach, the canoe paddles, the space for our dog, Moja, and the golf course nearby. We will certainly recommend it to family and friends;

The property was as expected and more.... Stephane was around when required but not overbearing,,, just what we look for... The property and grounds were lovely and the pool fantastic in the hot afternoons with the chickens and goats adding to the entertainment... The river was quite low but,,, though not an accomplished angler managed to get a few out,,, catfish, eels and barbel...Overall great two weeks here...

Quirky & unique hideaway
Stay in this unique, renovated, river residence, which has all modern facilities with a bit of solitude & various activities on hand. Try your private beach, BBQ & sample a traditional Russian sauna. All this on the edge of a smart village & within 20 mins of shopping & the City. Really enjoyed the break & thank the owners for providing all the facilities.

Lulled by the sound of water.
Le Moulin is a lovely oasis of calm. The property is surrounded by water and a lovely naturally landscaped garden with benches and picnic tables in shady areas if required. The owners are very welcoming and friendly but not overwhelming. Inside, the mill is equipped with everything you need, clean and well cared for.(One point, you do need to bring your own sheets and towels.) Lots of pleasant walks around the area, directions from Stephane, so really good if you have a dog. I was only there for a few nights and the weather wasn't good but still the place was delightful and I would love to go back and experience it in summer. Thank you Irina and Stéphane.

Propriété magnifique, au calme avec tout le nécessaire pour être bien sur place mais également bien située pour ceux qui veulent bouger et découvrir. L accueil et le suivi des hôtes étant plus qu au niveau de ce merveilleux endroit, que ce soit pour un court séjour où une étape plus longue, vous n oublirez pas ce petit coin de paradis.

Heerlijk verblijf in zeer gezellige molenaarshuisje
Vriendelijke ontvangst, alles wat benoemd wordt is er ook werkelijk. 2 koelkasten , leuk balkon om s morgens heerlijk te ontbijten en s avonds wijntje te drinken. Overdag in de tuin, bij het zwembad en op het privé strandje lekker relaxen, s avonds bbq bij de bbq die in de tuin stond, ook kon je tochtje met de kano maken. Dichtbij een stadje waar een geweldige supermarkt was. Woensdag marktdag daar. De gastheer die er achter woont merk je niks van, alleen als je iets nodig had stond hij direct voor je klaar. We hebben een geweldige heerlijke rustige week gehad op het mooie park waar het molenaarshuisje op stond.

Heerlijk!!
Wij hebben voor de tweede keer een week mogen genieten van de watermolen. Deze keer hadden we onze fietsen meegenomen en heerlijk van de omgeving kunnen genieten. Wat een fijne plek is dit, hier kom je helemaal tot rust! Het zwembad, het strandje, het enorme terrein en de gastvrijheid van Stephane.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in de watermolen. Hier kom je helemaal tot rust! Het zwembad en het strandje aan de rivier zijn zo fijn! De woning zelf is eenvoudig, maar prima. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en goed te bereiken. In Mont-de-Marsan kun je terecht voor gezellige restaurants en boodschappen. We bezoeken huisjes eigenlijk altijd maar één keer, maar hier komen we zeker nog een keer terug!

Séjour apaisant et pleins de charme!
Location conforme à la description. C'est un endroit pleins de charmes. Un super séjour dans la tranquilité avec le bruit de l'eau pour nous accompagner. Logement bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nous avons également profité de la piscine qui est parfaite. Notre petite puce a adoré pouvoir aller voir les animaux. Le propriétaire a été très discret, nous avions l'impression d'être seul sur la propriété. Il a été de très bons conseils pour les petites sorties (un petit classeur est également mis à disposition dans le logement), attentionné (toujours à s'inquiète si nous manquions de rien et savoir si tout se passait bien). Nous le conseillerons et y retournerons sans hésitation. Merci beaucoup!

Super séjour ! Tout est rassembler pour des vacances tranquilles
Superbe propriété dans un écrin de verdure entourée d'une rivière qui passe en dessous du "moulin"donc du gîte. Lui-même en hauteur pour une vue imprenable ...sans parler de la piscine privée ! Nous avons reçu un très chouette accueil de la part du propriétaire qui est très discret mais répond présent lorsque l'on a besoin de lui...merci Stéphane et peut-être à l'année prochaine

Wat een mooi plekje deze molen. Groot terrein tot beschikking, heerlijk zwembad, veel privacy. Stephane zorgt dat alles prima in orde is of komt. De omgeving is echter wat saai, weinig te doen. Mont de Marsan is leuk stadje op 15 km.

Irina et Stéphane (les propriétaires) complètent admirablement le côté enchanteur de ce moulin
Ce n'est pas toujours courant d'être accueillis par le couple de propriétaires (ensemble) qui vous mettent directement dans cette ambiance idyllique d'un moulin et de sa propriété qu'ils nous font découvrir en détails et répondent à toutes vos questions avec une extrême gentillesse et précision. Tout a été parfait durant cette semaine. En plus, une corbeille nous a permis de découvrir les diverses saveurs de la région. Encore merci à vous 2 et vous méritez amplement les éloges qui ne sont pas faites à la légère ! Au plaisir d'y revenir . (Nous avons pu découvrir la flore et la faune... un écureuil, un martin pêcheur, quelques oiseaux de la régions ! Bref un petit paradis sur terre, dans un cadre enchanteur où l'on s'habitue très vite à la petite cascade qui passe sous le moulin, pour notre + grand plaisir ! Une petite plage privée, des accessoires de sports sont également là pour les loisirs !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le cadre est vraiment magnifique et calme, propice à la détente, et à la pêche pour les amateurs. Le gîte est très bien équipé. Nous avons pu également profiter d'un sauna traditionnel russe très relaxant. Stephane et Irina sont des hôtes très prévenants et discrets.

Idyllischer Ort zum Erholen
Das Anwesen, eine alte, aber schön renovierte Mühle, liegt idyllisch an einem kleinen Fluss und hat einen kleinen Privatstrand. Das Gelände ist weitläufig und parkähnlich mit schönen alten Bäumen gestaltet. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen genau richtig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Stefan und Irine empfangen, die sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit waren. Stefan hat uns seine wunderschöne selbstgebaute Sauna gerne angemacht, den schönen großen Pool durften wir ebenfalls benutzen. Vielen Dank Stefan und Irine, auch für das Abschiedsgeschenk! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen!!
