In Saint-Brieuc, apartment with 2 bedrooms, completely renovated, without vis-à-vis, located on the second floor, with elevator, intercom and closed parking. The living room with a bay window gives a nice view of the valley. Not overlooked ! you're home. The first bedroom with a bed of 140/190 cm offers a beautiful view of greenery. The second bedroom has a bed of 140/190 cm. The bathroom and toilet (separate) is between the two bedrooms. The large living room of 27 m² offers great benefits: living room and balcony facing the valley and the dining area close to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped, modern and functional. Near the city center (2 min by car), trade, the beach (3 km), the Port of Légué (2 min by car). I provided the sheets and towels. accepted animals

appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Accueil parfait. L'appartement très lumineux a été refait. Tout a été bien pensé et il ne manque rien. Ménage irréprochable. Ce qui n'est pas négligeable est le garage couvert et fermé. Très bon endroit pour découvrir la région.
