« Pool closed. Staff tried to scam us for more money. Showed them in writing the pet fees on Expedia and referred back to the amount he also told us in the beginning and then he kept trying to raise it and when I showed him he was wrong he said oh I am new but it’s his family running the property and he was laughing. He thinks it is ok to try to scam a disabled retired veteran with Parkinson’s for more money. Horrible experience. »

« I stay almost exclusively at Holiday InnExpress and this is the single worst property I’ve stayed at . Room was horrible water standing under AC unit , TV remote had electrical tape wrapped around it holding in batteries . Walls in bathroom crumbling , coffee maker leaks water everywhere, shaper curtain pulling out of wall , just surprised at disrepair. I am surprised Holiday Inn allows their name on this location »

« I always stay here I’ve never had any issues except once I was put in a room went up too the room and walked it and it smelled like someone tried to cover up the smell of cigarettes so I did nothing I did not put my bags down or anything I simply walked right back out and right back to the front desk and told the clerk and she said ok would you like another room I said I would prefer that because I’m not paying a $250 fee for smoking in a room when I don’t smoke so she gave me another room and...
