"Facilities were good, rooms were clean, staff were nice and helpful, didn't use airport shuttle Check in was not good, would not give us our keys until we said yes or no to their time share...had to wait an hour and a half to get our keys when they were right there at the desk the whole time"

"Front door would hardly open. Furniture hard, toilet to short. Hard hard time with tv coming on . No paper towels, only 2 glasses one tall the other glass short. Not enough lighting throughout the rooms."

The t v in the bedroom only came on in black and white, the air conditioner did not work properly, the it makes hotels hot tub jets were only fifty percent working. This property charges and boasts way too much for the condition.It is in."

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and our room was very nice and clean. We also thought the hot breakfast was good (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy). We did not use the pool or hot tub but the area looked clean and well kept. We enjoyed relaxing under the gazebo in the nice weather and listening to the little waterfall. The location was convenient. Overall it was a great stay!"

"We stayed in a king suite and the room was very nice The only complaints were that the register for heat and air is pointed right at the couch and you had to cover up when the air came on Also the toilet is very low to the floor"

"Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. "
