"The room was very comfortable, but the furniture was a little shabby. There was a minor problem with my key that got fixed after letting them know. Overall I thought it was worth the price."

"The shears had a significant tear and the curtains would not close. More importantly, a facility which seems to want to cater to families and longer term clients had difficulty locating a trolley to accommodate luggage. When asked, they indicated trollies would be parked by the elevator. During my nearly week long stay, that never happened. This was a major inconvenience."
