At least 10 Cockroaches were crawling on the walls in the bathroom when I turned the light on at night time. When I reserved king size bed, they gave us one full size bed . Absolutely. It seems in Oder to make it budget friendly they intentionally do bad things which are not at all required. The water is clogged, the pillow well, let’s call that a cushion. It’s horrible, the bedsheet is very questionable, if you walk every question of the room make sound, there is no water, coffee or whatsoever, the elevated doesn’t work, it looks like a haunted house With a lot of places broken, I dropped my cell phone behind the bed and I cannot describe the situation there, the bathroom light was blinking like a haunted house, the staff give me the card for the room, which didn’t work three times. All together as I said, this seems like intentional to make one hotel such bad. It’s almost on purpose. But can you stay here for a night absolutely why not. It was one, if not the worse hotel I stayed in ever. Room service is zero No towels, no trash baskets, no toilet papers. Have to request everything. No one at the front disk, and you need to wait for may be 15 minutes or more for someone to show up. And when someone show up, you find the staff are not friendly at all, and not helpful. Coffee only without sugar and no cream. You may find sweetner, but no sugar. Internet is horrible! Can hardly recieve connection and it disconnects every 2 minutes and had to reconnect manually, iland it s very very slow. So frustrating! I couln't make any call, and have to wait for long time for a photo to download. I was giving double beds when I only wanted 1 bed ..can't complain about that I did have my husband and child with me, I notice my room had no fridge and I had groceries I went downstairs and kindly asked for a fridge I was shoo-ed and was told " he'll be right there" ..about 30mins later I go downstairs to make sure I wasnt forgotten about cuz it been quite some time now. I see he's annoyed that I'm still asking about the fridge this time I tell him I'll wait in the lobby this time . He then goes on and says he's busy and he's the only one for the night shift ( which I don't get what that has anything to do with my request for a fridge and he was scrolling on his phone as I approached the lobby counter) long story short he was getting loud with me and talking over me making all these excuses why it was taking so long for a fridge and was informed that I would have to wait to the next day!! ( Mind you I was going to be there for two days and my whole night was already wasted in the lobby) . I did end up receiving my fridge by 11:40PM!!!
