COZY BACKYARD WITH SEATING AREA/FIREPIT/BBQ GRILL AND OUTDOOR HEATER. ■ 15 minutes from the Sacramento Airport ■ 9 minutes from Sacramento State University ■ Walking distance to Midtown Bars/Restaurants ■ 1 mile away from State Capitol ■ Start your day right with our complimentary coffee station ■ Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for making home cooked meals! This wonderfully relaxing home is situated in the heart of Midtown Sacramento. Our apartment is railroad style which includes one bedroom with a very comfortable QUEEN sized bed! \*\*Note: railroad style = to access the kitchen and bathroom, you will need to walk through the bedroom. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa with extra blankets and pillows provided. Our home also features a dedicated workspace where comfort meets productivity for our remote workers. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with free parking in the driveway. There are plenty of things to do around the area, including many things within walking distance such as the best Midtown Bars and Restaurants, the State Capitol, family friendly parks, dining, shopping and more! Don't forget to take advantage of what this town has to offer during winter time, including an ice skating rink and a special lights ceremony. Please make yourself at home! :) We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away.
