Step inside this charming beachfront retreat and experience ocean views from nearly every room, creating a serene coastal backdrop for your entire stay. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee at the cozy table for four in the mudroom, where a wood-burning stove sets the tone for relaxed, fireside breakfasts. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek dark countertops, crisp white cabinetry, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers—perfect for fueling up before a beach day – beach essentials provided, of course! Gather for meals at the dining table for eight, surrounded by a wall of windows that frame the waves and fill the space with natural light. After a day by the sea, unwind in the spacious living room with a smart TV, comfy couch, loveseat, recliner, and fireplace for cozy evenings. Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a love seat, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.  
  
The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway parking for 3 vehicles available. Passes will be provided upon check in.

This house was perfect for a family get away. A galley kitchen with plenty of room to prepare meals. The diningliving room is open facing the beach with a great little deck for morning coffee. The house has 4 bedrooms. Each one was stocked with plenty of blankets and towels. We brought our two small dogs and we were able to have plenty of room for them to get walks in around the side of the property. The shed was loaded with everything you would need to take to the beach as well. This house is set up for families including infants. They had everything you needed!! Franny and Luke were wonderful hosts, very attentive and answered our questions right away. We definitely want to return to this property. We had a relaxing wonderful stay.

We all had a wonderful stay at the Bayview Beach House. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our group (6 1 Labrador Retriever). Checking in was a breeze and Franny and Luke were super responsive to our questions.The house was great, but the location is what truly put it over the top. With spectacular views of the sunrise over the ocean and just steps to the beautiful beach, which we walked on each day. It is a short drive to Old Orchard Beach, but far enough away so you don’t hear the hustle and bustle. Also, it’s just down the road from Garside’s, our favorite ice cream stand.

Great location and space for a family get away of 10. The hosts, Franny & Luke were so helpful and attentive with all of our questions. Everything was cleaned and was supplied with plenty of amenities in the kitchen, coffee station and bathrooms. On the main road but tucked away and on the beach. We can't wait to go back!

My family stayed here for Fourth of July and couldn’t have been happier with our selection. The house is well appointed, clean and spacious. The views are breathtaking, and the walk to the beach was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

#### Absolutely lovely!

I have only positive things to say about our stay. The house is spacious (plenty of room for us 5 adults), clean, and well appointed. The beach is beautiful…and so wide at low tide. We spent our days walking on the beach or reading on the back porch (from which you can see the beach and feel the breezes). The hosts are friendly and welcoming and respond very quickly. Groceries and a yummy bakery are very close. The area is quintessential coastal Maine…wonderful!
