Welcome to your perfect getaway in the north of Mallorca! Nestled in the serene neighborhood of Son Toni, in the municipality of Pollensa, this stunning villa offers a tranquil escape surrounded by lush forests and verdant vegetation. Ideal for couples and families alike, it provides a private sanctuary with easy access to the best beaches and attractions in northern Mallorca.

This spacious villa boasts 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 people, and is designed for comfort and relaxation. The layout spans two floors, with large windows that fill the home with natural light and offer seamless views of the garden and pool area.   
  
Main Features   
  
• Ground Floor: The inviting living room is perfect for unwinding with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area, with doors opening to the garden and pool. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom with 2 single beds is also on this floor, along with a guest toilet.   
  
• Upper Floor: This level has two additional bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and a independent full bathroom. There's also a spacious lounge area with two sofas and a terrace offering lovely views of the garden and pool.   
  
• Outdoor Area: Enjoy the private pool with sunbeds for lounging and a garden table and chairs for outdoor dining. The outdoor bathroom with a shower is convenient for poolside use, and the barbecue area is perfect for al fresco dinners under the stars.

To ensure a comfortable stay, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and parking. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a high chair for young children. Fresh sheets and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer and ironing facilities.

Note 1\. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.   
  
Note 2\. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.   
  
Note 3\. Check-out time is 10:00\. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00\.   
  
Note 4\. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.   
  
Note 5\. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.   
  
Note 6\. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

#### Sehr in die Jahre gekommen

Leider sind die eingestellten Bilder des Objektes nicht aktuell. Das gesamte Haus riecht nach Schimmel. Die Fliesen im Pool lösen sich bereits. Das haus steht zum Verkauf und der Eigentümer möchte einfach nur abkassieren ohne zu investieren. Die Hausfassade ist in einem teilweise katastrophalen Zustand. Einziges Highlight war die Super Agentur. Sie sind sehr bemüht können aber leider nichts am Zustand des Hauses ändern. Ich kann leider nur davon abraten dieses Haus anzumieten.
