"Clean room"

"Simple and easy accomodation to get to from Narita airport. The staff at check in were extremely friendly ans helpful and guided us to shuttle times for us to make our connecting flight the next day. We stayed in a japanese style family room so awesome (slightly warm couldnt get the air con to work) bathroom a bit older but overall such a clean, spotless and minamalistic living experience. We also added the breakfast which was great and easy to find and buffet style breakfast with an amazing variety :)"

"My flight was delayed for 21 hours and I stayed at this hotel as a result. The property looks nice from the outside and in general. All the dining facilities were closed by the time I checked in, so I can not fairly comment on those. Also, the airport shuttle was no longer in service at that time of night, approximately 10:30PM. The shuttle to the airport the next morning, though, was very helpful. The room itself was nice, but a bit outdated. The bathroom could definitely use some modernizing. Our interaction with the staff was brief, but they were kind and helpful. All things considered, it is not a bad place given this was an emergency situation. All in all, based on my personal experience: Not Bad but Not Stellar."

"Rooms were clean and spacious for Japan standards and the toilets in room are Toto’s/ bidet and heated seats but does not sing. my check in and out times were not busy I did on golden week around 18:45 and it was efficient. Rm 212 faced parking lot and Hilton Breakfast had many choices and super delicious. They had an egg station where the egg for omurice was being made but chef was willing to cook anything else if requested including putting cheese…but honestly the egg as is is perfect! Drinks are self serve and I truly fell in love with the homemade tofu and yuzu salt broth for soba. Swimming pool area was large for 6 families with kids to have fun without disturbing each other but this is why I took 1 star for cleanliness…the hot tub had black colours around the edges but was not slimy …yes I made sure before I got in…just doesn’t look appealing as that is part of perspective. Towels was best brought from room as the “free ones” in gym look like rags. This was surprisingly disappointing since this hotel is classy and clean in every other way. Pillows- my room had a choice of 2 . One soft and the other was ergonomic which it was extremely nice to have and sleep. 24 hour family mart and selection is grab it while you see it. I was lucky to get the new pokepedia and Sanrio collab items that literally just got released. Free shuttle at Term 1 and 2 to hotel and 2 other shuttle 1) fo mall 2) train station I would say that I’d stay here again! "

"Helpful staff, local to a lot of activities, food around the area is great, train in close, only thing i dislike was the the television since it was not smart there were no apps and only Japanese content but not a deal breaker. Price was right i would definitely book again."

"This place seems like one of very original hotels when the Narita airport was built. Very old and needs a major renovations. Front stuff wasn’t very friendly. We liked that they had a set shuttle hours, so we can plan shopping and dining at the airport. They had a small but very good and friendly convenient store inside the hotel. Amazingly, they fry croquets as you order. That was the best part of this hotel. Their beds are theHARDEST BEDS WE HAVE EVER SLEPT! My shoulders and butts hurt. It was like sleeping on the floor. "
