Die Betreiber sind sehr nette Menschen, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen und versuchen, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe eines Bahnhofs, man kommt trotz der Lage am Stadtrand schnell überall hin. Die Lokalitäten in der Nähe haben durch die touristenferne Lage ihren Charm behalten, aber leider wird dort nicht immer Englisch gesprochen. Mit den modernen Übersetzungsapps ist das allerdings kein Problem mehr. Alles was man für den Alltag benötigt, kann man in nahe gelegenen Shops kaufen, auch mehrere Waschsalons sind in der Nähe.
