"We stay here on average once per month. The location is convenient and being inside the mall can s wonderful. For years the mall was dead or dying. There is new ownership and the changes have been a great addition to the hotel. Pet friendly and very clean."

"Loved the location of this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful - hotel smelled like it was new or had just undergone painting. Hotel lobby, hallways, design was very nicely done. The room was very nice, loved the large bathroom counter (did not see any towel racks though), room countertops were adequate for our needs, breakfast was good, hotel was quiet (enforced) and the pool was accessible off the main lobby. Parking lot was nice and maintained. Overall a very nice hotel and I felt that the price we paid for our stay was right for what we received, condition of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

"The stay was ok for what we paid. The pool was not warm, and our AC only half worked. We figured out that we had to unplug it and re-plug it in to get it working. They did offer to move our room but we were leaving the next day. The breakfast was the same both days and ok but very basic."
