When it comes time to head out for a day on the water, there's a jetty and boat ramp just down the road; no need to go all the way into town! You'll also have access to the private beach in front of the house; a great way for quick passenger access if you need it.
As the property has unfenced access to the beach via a pathway, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note that one of the bathrooms, although conveniently located, is accessed externally.Please be aware there are large number of stairs in and around this property. It may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. The advertised boat mooring at this property can hold at maximum an 11 metre long boat with a weight of 2 tonnes and is only available for use upon request.
