« We stayed over Memorial Day weekend in a suite, which was very nice and comfortable. We ate breakfast every morning in the lounge. We spend most of our free time on the Lake, so great parking space for our boat.
Only thing that bothered us was the slamming of the exterior door on the west side of the building. »

Welcoming people at the front desk. Quiet , clean, wide and comfortable room.
I only regret the poor choice of food available for breakfast. »

« What a pleasant surprise. I booked this hotel without much planning and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel’s interior is stunning, and the rooms blend modern updates with the timeless character of the historic property exceptionally well. »

« Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great. »

« The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but the water pressure in the shower was non existent. I asked about it to staff and was told everyone was showing at the same time. Seriously I have more water pressure in the toilet. A dribble from a shower head is unacceptable IMO. Very hard to rinse product from your hair. On the 3rd morning I shower at 4:00 AM and had the same experience. »
